At Alpro, we take a long-term approach to employment. That’s why we’ve developed an application procedure that enables you, as a candidate, to get in touch with various people within our organisation. This gives us both the opportunity to get to know each other and come to the right decision.
As a candidate, you undergo the following steps:

We first evaluate your CV and your profile.
If this matches a vacancy, you are then invited to meet a person from Human Resources that handles selection. Final candidates are introduced to the management of the department or to the board members concerned. The aim is simply, to get to know each other. These meetings obviously give you an opportunity to ask any questions and for you to get a clear picture of the position, our expectations and our culture.

As well as meeting one another, we also ask you to take one or two tests. The aim is to assess your personality and some of the basic skills needed for the position. For some functions, we ask final candidates to visit an assessment centre.

And then the last step in the process: you are invited to talk about a contract.
