
At Alpro, we take a long-term approach to recruitment. That is why we have developed an application procedure that enables you as a candidate to get in touch with various people within our organisation. This gives us both the opportunity to get to know each other and come to the right decision.
As a candidate, you undergo a number of steps:
- We first evaluate your CV and your profile.
- If your CV and profile match a vacancy, you are then invited to meet a person from Human Resources that handles selection. Final candidates are introduced to the management of the department or to the board members concerned. These meetings can be held at different times. The aim is to get to know each other. These meetings obviously give you an opportunity to ask any questions and get a clear picture of the position, our expectations and the corporate culture.
- As well as meeting one another, we also ask you to take one or two tests. The aim is to assess your personality and some of the basic skills needed for the position. For some functions, we ask final candidates to attend an assessment centre.

And then the last step in the process: you are invited to talk about a contract.
