Alpro, the youngest division of the Vandemoortele group, is the European market leader in soya food products. The international headquarters are based in the Belgian town of Ghent, where our long-term vision and strategy are developed. We manage 4 production facilities, in Issenheim (France), Kettering (UK), Landgraaf (Netherlands) and the largest and most modern in Wevelgem (Belgium).
The last 5 years, we saw rapid growth with our turnover more than doubling from €100 million in 2000 to €250 million today. Between 2001 and 2005 we have doubled not only the output, but also the number of people we employ, currently nearly 700.
