
What do we look for in a partner? Obviously, we work with companies that we feel are complementary to what we do and the way we do it. Currently, there are opportunities in the fields of co-packing, distribution and commercialisation in selected markets:
- Based on our strategic priorities, Alpro often takes the initiative of pro-actively contacting the senior management of leading companies to jointly target specific markets.Yet Alpro is interested in business opportunities proposed by motivated third parties.
- Should the first contact prove promising, a confidentiality agreement is signed in order to allow a more open exchange of information. The next step is to agree on the main business principles of a potential collaboration. If we can find a common platform together, a letter of intent is then signed.
- From then on, a dual path is followed: a joint team works out the specifics of the collaboration, while a parallel team works on a draft contract. The ultimate objective is the signing of a partnership contract - and the start of a fruitful relationship.
